Fitness2Glo is all about enjoying good healthy food and the belief that food and fitness go hand in hand for a healthier lifestyle. It isn’t about DEPRIVATION, it is about MODERATION.
The mantra is fitter, healthier, happier. All Cardio Fitness classes may contain elements of aerobics, salsacise, zumba, boxercise, circuits, cheerleading and lots of fun! The workouts are designed to work at any level of fitness so are suitable for all.
This is a regular weekly class. Please check with the tutor that it is going ahead before coming out.
