The class comprises of 20 minutes full body workout, 10 minutes floor body conditioning followed by a simple easy to learn dance routine, finished off with the infamous ‘HEADBAND TIME’ (all will be revealed!) so get yourselves to Victoria Hall Thursdays at 7pm!
