Are you looking to try a different way to keep fit? Excercise classes are not only beneficial to your health, but also a great way to make the most of your time and to meet new people!

Iyengar Yoga is a form of Hatha Yoga that has an emphasis on detail, precision and alignment in the performance of posture and breath control. Assisting the development of strength, mobility and stability. You will progress gradually by moving from simple poses to more complex ones and develop your mind, body and spirit step-by-step.
