The Ground Floor Rooms.

The Main Hall

An absolute show stopper. Dine in style, then dance the evening away on our sprung dance floor under festoon lights and our elegant ceiling. Nothing in this room is understated, including the balcony area. 

Seats: up 180 guests for your wedding breakfast

Stands: up to 350 guests for your evening reception

For your evening fun, we have a licensed bar (see FAQ for more details) and a grand stage that houses a fabulous Wurlizter organ! You’re free to choose your own entertainment; but if you need a helping hand, you can check out our local Recommended Suppliers.

The York Room

The “peach/pink room” as dubbed by guests is a beautiful space with views over Saltaire village. The York room is perfect for ceremonies, meals or parties into the evening.

Seats:   up to 150 guests for your ceremony & up to  120 people for your sit down meal

Stands:   up to  150 people for your drinks reception

The First Floor Rooms

Now let’s take a tour of the upstairs rooms, it’s worth noting at this stage of the tour that we can include a bar area up here on the first floor to save your dancing feet. All our first floor rooms are fully accessible via a lift and have their own toilets. We also have a catering area on this floor.

The Evans Room

Originally housing a library The Evans Room overlooks the front gardens and is full of original features; the Evans rooms is perfect for a ceremony or drinks reception, we’ve even had bouncy castles in there before!

Seats:  up to 150 guests for a ceremony or 120 for a sit down meal. 

Stands:  up to 150 guests for a drinks reception

The Glen Room

The cosiest of our rooms and arguably has the best views over Salts Mill and Shipley Glen. The Glen room is most popular for daytime wedding ceremonies with the wow-factor. *we managed to get this far without saying wow-factor*

Seats:   up to 80 guests for your ceremony & up to 50 guests for your sit down meal

Stands:   up to 80 guests for your drinks reception
